Distant Thunder

An exciting programmatic work in 2 main parts. A slow, mysterious opening segment is followed by a faster, rhythmic section which develops the opening ideas and builds to a strong and memorable climax. Percussion: Timpani (4), triangle, snare drum, glockenspiel, and temple blocks.
